People have three souls, and their names are fetal light, refreshing spirit and quiet spirit. Three souls are the three components of God. If you lose one soul, you can still live if you lose two souls. If you lose three souls, you will become a walking corpse.

"Being born with knowledge is the best, while learning is the best.".

After falling asleep, like a baby, breathing evenly, not turning over, not twisting, and sleeping until dawn, that is called courage. There is something wrong with breathing, such as being suffocated or suffocated by phlegm, or coughing and wheezing all the time when sleeping, and being unable to lie flat-some people have to cushion up when they are asleep and cannot lie flat, all of which are problems with this spirit. So where do we mainly treat this spirit? Mainly adjust the system of lung and large intestine. The second spirit dominates the heartbeat sleep, and the heartbeat suddenly intensifies, the blood pressure suddenly rises, or the heart slows down, or even there is an intermittent stop, that is, there is something wrong with this second spirit. The third spirit dominates digestion. If you finish eating at night, you will be hungry again the next morning, because everything you eat has been digested. This shows that the spirit that dominates digestion is no problem. Those who get up in the morning and brush their teeth are nauseous, have bad breath, don't want to eat, and all the food they ate yesterday is in their throats or in their hearts, that is, there is something wrong with the spirit that dominates digestion. The fourth spirit controls the metabolism of water and liquid. If you drink water at night, you will get up the next morning and take a big piss, which is quite enjoyable. This shows that the control of water and liquid is very strong, which can not only eliminate and melt water, but also hold it back. People who are weak in courage can get up at night, and drinking some water at night can get up for several nights. It's not bad to get up at night. Some people simply dream of finding a toilet, "rattle" and pee all over the bed. This is the spirit of controlling water-liquid metabolism. There is something wrong with it. The fifth spirit repairs the reproductive function. If you have sex at night, you are tired, sleep all night, and the next morning you are "sexually motivated". This shows that the spirit that dominates the restoration of reproductive function is very good. If you have sex in the evening, you will be too tired to get up the next day, "and the Emperor, from that time forth, forsook his early hearings", which shows that this spirit is used too much or the recovery ability is too poor. The sixth person who knows cold and knows hot still feels asleep. If it is very cold, he will cover himself with a quilt in his sleep. What will happen if there is something wrong with the spirit of knowing the cold and knowing the heat? It is easy to catch a cold the next day. Many children eat too much to push the quilt, and the next day they have a runny nose and catch cold. Some people are not hot when it is hot, and not cold when it is cold. When they fall asleep, they sweat all over, and when they get up, there is a sweaty human figure on the mattress. Post-menopausal people and those suffering from respiratory sleep apnea syndrome are prone to sweating at night. This is all because there is something wrong with this spirit. The seventh spirit has the function of vigilance. People who are too alert are nervous at the slightest sign of trouble. When they sleep, they have to turn on the light and close the door, and their husbands can't sleep when they are on a business trip. Others fell asleep just like fainted because they were too careless. The thief didn't even know that his house was empty. Whether you are too alert or too careless, it means that there is something wrong with your spirit.
For an enterprising person, for example, if you have to get up at 6 o'clock the next morning, you don't need to call by an alarm clock when you live at home, and you don't need to call by morning when you live in a hotel. Just say to yourself before going to bed, "You can get up at 6 o'clock tomorrow." By 5: 55 the next day, he would be awake. Who is helping him look at his watch and count the time? Who is still taking care of him when he is asleep? That's his spirit. If we want to improve our communication ability between the acquired me and the innate me, we should exercise from these little things.
