Hong Men is a secret organization in China, which originated in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. There are many versions about the origin of Hong Men. One of the most popular versions is that Kangxi wiped out the South Shaolin Temple in Fujian, and Chen Jinnan, the chief helmsman of the Heaven and Earth Society, took in five fugitives, namely Cai Dezhong, Fang Dahong, Ma Chaoxing, Hu Dedi and Li Shikai. This is the so-called "Five Shaolin Ancestors", which made him open a branch of the Heaven and Earth Society, namely Hong Men. There is also a saying that these five men were generals who fought against the Qing Dynasty's vision, and Hong Men was established after Shi Kefa's defeat against the Qing army.
What is Hong Men? Some people say, "The Red Gate is the Han Gate. Due to the loss of soil in the Central Plains, the word' Han' (traditional' Han') is removed from' Middle Earth', which is the word flood. " Some said, "Because Ming Taizu's surname is Hongwu, he is named after Hongzi." According to Hong Men's secret book, the God of Hong Men is Zhu, the strategist and the general. It started in Fujian and took Shaolin Temple as the activity organ. Shaolin Temple was famous for its martial arts. Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty was jealous of them and ordered Shaolin Temple monks to go on an expedition to the Western Regions. Later, they came back victorious, but they used the incident to kill the hero Zheng Junda. He sent troops to burn the Shaolin Temple, and many monks escaped from it. One of them, Chen Jinnan, organized the Heaven-Earth Society and hoped to cultivate power to seek revenge. Five generals including Cai Dezhong, Fang Dahong, Ma Chaoxing, Hu Dedi and Li Shikai were sent to set up branches. This is the so-called "top five ancestors". There is another saying: "During the reign of Emperor Chongzhen in the late Ming Dynasty, there was a wise, knowledgeable, loyal and chivalrous man from Taiping County, Shanxi Province, also known as Hong Ying. Heroes from all over the world come here and return. It was called Jixian Pavilion at that time. After Emperor Chongzhen was martyred, the Qing army entered the customs, and Shi Kefa, a loyal minister of the Ming Dynasty, led the army to resist the Qing army's southward advance in Yangzhou, unable to resist. Shi Kefa died for his country, and Yin Hongsheng defected to Huang Degong, the general of Ming Dynasty. Later, Huang Degong was defeated by the Qing soldiers and Huang committed suicide. Yin Hongsheng led his division to continue fighting with the Qing soldiers, but they killed him. Hong Xu, his son, and Hong Sheng's men went to Hangzhou to choose King Lu. After learning that King Lu had surrendered, Hong Xu went to Zheng Chenggong. Hongsheng's masters Cai Dezhong, Fang Dahong, Hu Dedi, Li Shikai and Ma Chaoxing all became the ministries of Zheng Chenggong and continued to fight fiercely with the Qing soldiers. When Shi Kefa led a fierce battle with the Qing soldiers, he was besieged by the Qing soldiers and Shi Kefa was martyred. They broke through, and when they meet in the future, they should continue their struggle with the word' Hong' as the code word, which is of great significance to the restoration of the world in the Ming Dynasty. " The origin of Hong Men varies from person to person, because there are too many aliases, including the Red Gang, the Three-Branch Society, the Triad Society, the Three Rivers Society, the Heaven and Earth Society and the Commune. There are also branch aliases, and the list goes on. But it is called "Heaven and Earth Society" externally and "Hong Men" internally. Because the Qing court killed hell to pay, a henchman of the Heaven and Earth Society, which had a wide range of implications, it often used Hong Men rally to secretly form associations. As for the source, it is inevitably complicated. There are many opinions about the creation of Hong Men: First, it began on March 25th, 13th year of Jiayin, Kangxi (1674); One said it was July 25th, 12th year of Yongzheng Jiayin (1734). 2. If you have parents and brothers, you can't afford to be buried after a hundred years of death. When a white silk flies to help others, they will immediately know that they have money to pay and no money to contribute. If they don't know about fraud, they will be thunderstruck.
No matter the arrival of literati, farmers, businessmen and Jianghu guests, we should keep two meals a night. You cheat and don't know that outsiders will take you seriously and die by the sword.
4. Although the Hong brothers were strangers, they didn't recognize each other when they talked about speculation with foreign cards, and they died under ten thousand knives.
Father and son, brothers, six relatives and four relatives are not allowed to talk privately about the Hong family. If you have a shirt, your waist is flat with the background, and you teach privately, people are greedy for money and die under ten thousand knives.
6. Brother Hong, don't be a spy for yourself. If you catch one of your own, you will have an old hatred. Don't hold a grudge when you preach all your brothers and judge their merits and demerits. If you misunderstand and arrest them, you should release them immediately. If you violate them, five thunder will destroy them.
7. In case brothers are in trouble, they should help each other, no matter how much money, and do their best. If you don't care, it will be a great shock.
8. Whoever fabricates brothers' deviance, murders incense owners and assassinates murderers will die under ten thousand knives.
9. If there are adulterers, brothers, wives, daughters, and sisters, they will be thunderstruck.
10. Anyone who embezzles brothers' money and sundries without permission, or fails to deliver them, will die under ten thousand knives.

12. Everyone who joined Hong Men tonight is eight years old. If there is a false report, it will be thunderous.

14. Those who secretly help outsiders or rob their brothers' property privately are thunderstruck.
15. Brothers' goods should not be forced to buy and sell. If they bully the weak, they will die under ten thousand knives.
16. Brothers need to borrow and pay back their money and things. If it is intentionally swallowed up, it will be thunderstruck.
17. In case of robbery, take the wrong brother's property and return it immediately. If you swallow it on purpose, you will die under ten thousand knives.
18. If you are caught by an official, you should do it yourself, and you can't climb up to your brother with personal grievances. If it is violated, it will be extinguished in five thunder.
19. If a brother is killed or arrested, or he has been away for a long time, and his wife and children are left unattended, he must try to help. If he knows nothing about fraud, he will be thunderstruck.
20. When brothers are beaten and scolded, they must move forward, help each other rationally and persuade each other irrationally. If he is bullied repeatedly, he will tell all his brothers on his behalf, discuss ways, or fight for him at his own expense. If he has no money to contribute, he will not cheat and be ignorant. 25. After entering Hong Men, the old enmity between brothers must be eliminated. If there is a violation, it will be thunderous.
26. In case of blood brothers, Hong brothers, fights or official lawsuits, you must persuade and not help one side. If there is a violation, it will be thunderous.
27. The hiding place of brothers must not be violated by excuses. If there is fraud, it will be thundered.
28. The property acquired by brothers should not be envied or embellished. If you have an idea, it will blow your brains out.
29. Brothers who make a fortune should not reveal their organs, or they will have bad intentions. If they violate these rules, they will die by the sword.
30. Don't shield outsiders and oppress the Hong brothers. If you disobey them, you will die by the sword.

36. Scholars of agriculture, industry and commerce, each holding his own art, must put loyalty and righteousness first when entering Hong Men, and make friends with all the brothers in the world. In the future, we must work together with Qi Xin to kill the Lord and reply as soon as possible to avenge the fire of the Five Ancestors. If something happens, they will be half-hearted, unable to avoid their own efforts and die by the sword.
