What about the open chest muscles?

Chest muscles should be fully practiced. Chest muscles should be mainly practiced. The upper part of the chest should be sewn in the middle of the chest, and the lower edge outside the chest should be practiced. All four parts are square pectoral muscles, which can avoid ugly pectoral muscles.

Use this instead of clamping chest, practicing chest seams, and narrow push-ups are not as effective as this. Forget about physical inheritance and so on, just practice hard.

Do it in groups, 20-30 times in 3-8 groups, and rest between groups within 1 minute, with appropriate increase or decrease.

Exercise the upper part of the chest

This bird can use heavy objects instead of dumbbells, just practice the push-ups of the bird above.
