Leg movements: Collect------Turn---Kick------Clip

Sitting by the pool:

Tuck: Straighten your legs, straighten your toes and draw them together, draw your knees toward yourself, and stand up on the soles of your feet with your palms facing forward

Turn: Bring your knees together, and spread your left and right feet to both sides. At about 80 degrees, the soles of the feet are everted

Kicking: kicking the left and right calves forward at an angle within 80 degrees

Clamping: After kicking out, quickly clamp the legs together into the initial movement

These are consecutive movements. If you are familiar with them, you can crawl on the bed to practice them

The movements on the hands are:

Put your hands together and stretch forward, Open the back to both sides (palms outward), then use your big arms to pinch inward, put your right hands together and stretch forward, and cycle in sequence
