3. Eight-character dribbling 2: Horse stance, feet still, right hand dribbling from front hip to back, and then left hand catching the ball and pulling it directly.

Go to the front, then pat from the front hip to the back, and pick it up with your right hand. Repeat the above process.

4.8-shaped dribbling 3: dribble from the front hip to the back with one hand, catch the ball with the same hand, and repeat around the front.

Go down. You can also go around the back in the opposite direction and shoot from the crotch to the front. It's all done in one hand, so it must be avoided.

Don't hold the ball between your hands and arms!

5. Beat the ball back and forth: the horse steps are still, and the ball is all under the crotch (under the younger brother), with the right hand and the left hand.

Right hand on the back, left hand on the back. The ball is always under your leg, just your hand.

Hit the ball with your left and right hands before and after, depending on your proficiency. The sooner the better!

6. Jumping and dribbling; The feet jump in place, and the left and right hands exchange the ball every time they jump, starting from the crotch.

7. Walking dribble: Just like jumping dribble, just moving forward.

8. Back dribbling: Put your left hand in the back belt position, and your right hand dribbles from back to left, then use your right hand.

Then, the ball landed only once, that is, on its left side, moved forward, changed hands and repeated.
