How to test waterproofing
Step 1: Fill the loophole and delete the slider. Fill the groove as above (the decoration company probably won't do it), clean up the floating dust, and shovel off the cement caking on the ground with one operation, because there is no real connection with the ground, there will be hidden dangers in the future, which is worth the effort. After cleaning, use a brush to sweep the dust out of the pipe root and corner (the broom can't do anything there). Dust has the greatest influence on waterproof membrane. If it is not cleaned, the waterproof membrane cannot be firmly combined with the ground. After cleaning, pour one or two bags of plugging powder and soup-shaped buckets or washbasins on the ground, and quickly sweep the slurry soup to every inch of the waterproof area with a broom. This thing dries quickly, and the waterproof coating can be constructed in 1 hour. The use of this material has two purposes: first, waterproof material, which can play a waterproof role. Second: Don't worry about the influence of dust any more. He completely blended the dust that escaped from the net into the slurry soup and got in close contact with the ground. Step 2: Use powder to make porridge. Brush evenly around corners and pipe roots. The diameter of the pipe root is 20cm, and the height of the corner and the pipe is 20cm. Objective: Corners and pipe roots are the most prone to water leakage and must be strengthened. Strengthen the work according to the specific conditions of the pipeline and the corner: if the conditions are poor, make a figure-eight inner arc or a figure-eight outer arc. Under normal circumstances, it can be done by turning up the plugging and brushing the slurry. Step 3: Apply waterproof paint. Brush the four walls with a roller first, and then carefully brush the corners and pipe roots with a brush. Don't count on the roller, it's useless in these details. Brush twice, each time it must be dry (not sticky to the touch), and brush it according to the top every time. Step 4: Make a protective layer. Mix cement, interfacial agent, porridge and plugging powder, and evenly spread it on a waterproof film with a certain thickness. Purpose: First, it is convenient to stick bricks without napping. Second: it contains waterproof material, which has waterproof effect. Third: avoid scaffolding and tiles from breaking the waterproof membrane when people step on them to stick bricks. Be sure to do a closed water test for at least 24 hours after completion. If there is leakage, repair it in time. The principle of repair is that a large area is missed, and it is better to miss the repair than to kill 3 thousand by mistake. Be sure to do a closed water test after the repair.
