What does Buddhism mean by feet?

There is an important concept in Buddhism called "full foot", which refers to a perfect state. In the Buddhist concept, sufficiency means that everything has reached the best state without any shortcomings and defects. This concept can also be called "perfection". Buddhists pursue a perfect state through practice and enlightenment, and achieve spiritual peace and satisfaction.

Foot is very important in Buddhist practice. If a person can reach the state of staying indoors, he can completely put down his inner anxiety and troubles and maintain inner peace and calm. In this state, he can concentrate more on his own practice, explore deeper truth, and then reach a higher level.

For us ordinary people, although it is difficult to achieve a completely adequate state, we can think more about what we really need in life. Only by knowing what you really need can you effectively adjust your heart and achieve a better state. At the same time, you can also learn and practice Buddhist ideas, and constantly improve your own level of practice, so as to better pursue perfection and sufficiency.
