Step 1: Press the thin end (starting end) of the sweat-absorbing belt on the bottom cover side of the handle. Generally, a double-sided adhesive tape will be attached to the beginning of the sweat absorption belt. Fix the sweat absorption belt as shown in the figure below. If you hold the racket with your left hand, the direction is the opposite.
Step 2: Hold the handle with the fingers of the left hand and make it rotate clockwise. At the same time, the right hand controls the direction of the sweat absorption belt and aims at the sweat absorption belt. The edges of the sweat absorption belt can overlap each other, and the amount of overlap depends on personal preference, generally 2 mm
Step 3: Wind the absorbent belt to the end according to the above method. At this point, cut off the excess absorption band. If necessary, trim the upper edge of the absorption band according to the picture.
Step 4: Prepare the taped tape, and wrap the end of the sweat-absorbing tape with tape until it does not spread.
Note: In the winding process, the sweat-absorbing belt should be properly tightened. If it is too loose, it may spread out during hitting the ball.
